Trevor has certainly been keeping Papa busy this week!

Trevor is SUPER excited for Papa to get here tomorrow night. He wants to make a sign for him as well as a birthday cake even though it was 20 days ago. :)
Today Trevor and I went to WalMart and I finally found a comforter that we both liked for the bed we got him for Christmas. He just had to try it out, on the top bunk, as soon as we got home. I had to stand on a tall stool to take this picture :)
We also bought CandyLand. I have been meaning to get it forever now and just kept forgetting. When Daddy got home, the first thing Trevor asked was for us to all play together.
Steve and Trevor were playing this afternoon in the backyard.
Why is it that when boys play together it always ends up with them fighting??
Trevor and I went on base to the library, the barber shop, and the commissary. It was pretty late when we were done so we grabbed Burger King on the way home. We both got kid's meals since I am trying to cut back on the junk food. Here is a pic of our awesome SpongeBob watches!
This weekend was pretty relaxing. Saturday we took a quick trip on base to go to the BX and Commissary, then that evening we went to a friends house for the guys to play poker. Trevor and I came home just before 11pm so he could go to bed. I took this picture right before tucking him in. You can't tell, but he must have been tired because he was asleep within about 2 minutes of me leaving his room.
Today we went to church then came home and just chilled. Then Trevor's "Uncle" Damon invited us over so Trevor could play on the new trampoline. I wish I had remembered the camera. He had a blast!
Trevor was all crazy before bed tonight, probably from the sugar in the awesome Marble Slab ice cream we had after dinner. He was standing on this upside down bowl and leaping off of it then doing some kind of commando roll....he is all boy.
Today Trevor was watching The Fresh Beat Band and they were doing some western music and dancing. Trevor turned it into his own thing and did what appeared to be hip-hop western dancing.
Then he decided to go all out cowboy for a few hours.
Today Trevor and I went for a walk out at the KOA Kampgrounds on a 2 mile trail with our friends Loni and Ethan. The boys had it easy and got to ride in strollers while Loni and I pushed their little butts up a mile of hill after hill after hill. Thank God the second mile was pretty much flat! I forgot to take pictures because I was focused on the walk and getting some exercise. So I took this picture this evening of Trevor and Spike the dinosaur when we were playing.
Today was a good day. Trevor and I went to see The Last Song. He was very good and sat very quietly during the whole movie so I took him for some ice cream at Marble Slab when it was over.
This evening after Steve went to bed, Trevor wanted to play the Wii Active game. We both ended up very sweaty when all was said and done.
He had a good time and wanted me to take his picture when he was "all tired from working out".
Trevor told me to take a picture of him hiding to see if anyone could find him...
It's funny how Trevor thinks he is so crafty hiding under the laundry basket.
Today after church we just spent the day relaxing. We also watched Alvin and the Chipmunks:The Squeakquel this evening, even though Trevor and I watched it in the theater. This was right after the movie...
This afternoon we all ventured out to the backyard where Trevor and Steve played some baseball.
We also played soccer, sword fighting pirates, and gun toting pirates, and Trevor rightly referred to me as "matey".
Today I took Trevor bowling. He always has a good time and gets so excited to see how many pics he will knock down with each throw. He throws it, runs to the table, and watches as his ball rolls down the lane. Here he is in action...
Trevor ended up bowling a 58 and I got a 167...we both did much better than expected :)

Trevor wanted to do some painting this afternoon so of course that is what we did. He was all about hand prints today for some reason. Except for the one that is supposed to be a person-the one on black paper...the blue paint is the person.
And he wanted me to paint his face, so I painted a smiley face on each cheek. He was very happy about it after he checked it out in the mirror.

Trevor has been into drawing a lot lately and this is what he drew tonight...a person and their grandma. In case you were wondering, the grandma is the one without arms and legs. I asked if he wanted to give her arms and legs, and he said no, that she didn't need any.
After daddy went to bed, Trevor and I played Chutes and Ladders. He was super excited to play, and he ended up crushing me.
Tomorrow is a clean the house day. It looks like a bomb went off in here...now is when I wish I could afford a maid service.Today I had an eye appointment and they dilated my pupils so they sent me home with these awesome shades so I wouldn't be blinded by the sun. Trevor really wanted to try them on and it was too cute to not get a picture...
I hope everyone had a good Easter! After church we had lunch then it was time for the egg hunt and to give Trevor his scooter. He has been asking for one forever so I figured it was a good time.

He opened the eggs when we finally made it back inside and he found this crisp $5 bill. He was so excited. He was actually singing "Money money money!" when I took this picture.
In sadder news, we may have to buy a new camera. Ours kept saying Lens error today and is making a weird sound when the lens goes in and out. I mean, sure a new camera sounds great, I just don't want to spend the money on a new one.So I didn't post on Friday because the camera was in my purse which happened to be in the bedroom with my sleeping husband. But Trevor and I had a great day with some friends at the park and a quick lunch at Sonic.

Today Steve worked outside and cut some stuff off the tree in the backyard and decided to have a fire this evening in our fire pit. Here are the best buddies sitting by the fire.

HAPPY EASTER! I will be posting pics of our Easter fun tomorrow night.Today Trevor accompanied me to the doctor then we went for a really quick visit to see Steve. We came home and relaxed until Steve got home. The boys tortured each other for a while :) then we had a relaxing dinner and TV time before Steve went to bed.
I forgot to open the mail until this evening. Trevor got an Easter card from the Cobos family and he was very happy and told me to take his picture, so I did.
