We haven't been doing anything too exciting. Just hanging out around the house and trying to save money :)I finally have some new pics to share...well I have had some of them for a while, I just took my sweet time loading them :)

Trevor had a great birthday!The last couple weeks have been nuts. We are trying to get the house on the market so I haven't really had the time to sit here and download and edit pics. I have actually been falling asleep on the couch at about 11ish with the computer on my lap.
I will try to get them up first thing tomorrow night.

I should have posted this earlier in the week. Time has a way of escaping me though :)
Trevor has been obsessed with wearing Steve's clothes, mostly his shirts since the shorts and pants are quite a hassle! I am not quite sure why he decided to do karate in this particular shirt, but he made me take a picture.
This week I am going to try to get some painting done and we should be finding out whether or not we are moving.
I can't believe it's been 2 weeks since I posted on here. My camera batteries died and I kept forgetting to buy new ones.
Nothing extremely exciting happened in our absence. It was either too hot to do much other than go to the pool or it was raining.
Here is a picture of Trevor on our last day at the pool for the season. We had the pool to ourselves for a while which was nice. We will really miss going swimming especially if the heat keeps up like it has been.
Trevor just chilling before the work in the bathrooms started today. We can't wait for them to be done...I will never take for granted the fact that we have more than one toilet in the house. It is not good to have to all share one bathroom.
I am hoping that the bathrooms will be complete and ready to use by Thursday...preferably Wednesday, but that seems hopeful at this point.We had a fantastic weekend at the Great Wolf Lodge for the Strong Bonds Marriage and Family Retreat paid for by Steve's battalion. Here is the outside of the lodge...
Here is the big attraction when you walk into the indoor section of the water park, Fort Mackenzie. The big bucket on top dumps 1000 gallons every 5 minutes...it is crazy when it comes pouring down. There is a sign that warns you not to hold your child under the dumping water.
Here is the back side of Fort Mackenzie. The slides you see on the side of it were the only ones that Trevor could go down that weren't baby slides...but they were super fun, good enough for me!

"Baby Wolf" and "Mommy wolf", as I was lovingly referred to all weekend.

This was the clock tower show that went on right before story time. This elaborate arrangement of mechanical animals, trees and people that sing and talk about nature is in the main lobby and starts at 8 every night. The kids were all dazzled by it.
Trevor has been really into the Wii Sports lately and he is kicking butt at it!

On Saturday, Steve had a canoe race that he was doing with a friend for the Girl Scouts. While waiting for the first race to start Trevor noticed this dragonfly and made me take a picture of his little buddy...
I went out with a friend for dinner and a movie girls night out later that evening and when I got back, Trevor was being crazy. I asked Steve what he fed Trevor because he was just wild. This is his idea of a good outfit for playing around the house-Steve's shirt, Steve's hat and a backpack. He was also carrying around a bat pounding the floor.
I will take some pool pics this week at some point too since it will be closing in a couple weeks. We also have a retreat to go to this weekend. It is in an awesome water park lodge. We should all have a great time.
It's been too long since I last posted. Steve is giving me a hard time about the "365" blog...I lasted longer than I thought. If I post once a week, I will be happy with my progress.
I watched a friend's little boy and their dog over the weekend while she and her daughter went to the competition that our husbands were in. It was a CRAZY weekend :)

Trevor had a good time with a friend to play with all weekend, but when the weekend was over I think we were all ready to go back to our normal lives.
In other news, it is SOOO hot here. It hasn't been below 102 degrees in the past 2 weeks. The average high has been around 105. It's getting a little ridiculous really. I like summer, but this is just wrong. I can't wait for it to get back down into the 90's...

Trevor and I had a pretty busy week. Monday was the only day we didn't get out and do anything. Tuesday we went to the park with some friends. Wednesday we had a play date with the same friends along with coffee and muffins. Thursday we met Steve on base when he got off work and went to the pool. Friday Trevor and I went to the pool, then that evening we all went back on base to watch Toy Story 3. Today we all went to the gym at the firehouse. WHEW! That wore me out just typing it!

Tomorrow we are going to do some cleaning after church and Steve is going to watch a movie on base so Trevor and I will probably do a Netflix movie here at the house. It is going to be a HOT week so we will be visiting the pool possibly daily, hopefully with our friends.Trevor can never pick one sport to play when it's time to go outside. So he plays a little baseball, hitting right handed (even though he tends to write left handed).

I think we will have a sporty little fella on our hands for years to come.I have been horrible about updating this, as my husband keeps so sweetly reminding me :)
This morning Trevor started his day with a short play date. These boys are crazy!
Trevor decided to pick 2 of his toys to play with, and they just happened to be 2 of the most noisy toys he owns! They were having an all out weird sounding band in the living room.
We later went to the pool then came home and chilled out for the rest of the afternoon while playing a little Lego: Indiana Jones on the XBOX.
Today Trevor had a dentist appointment that went very well!! He had no cavities once again so I breathed a sigh of relief that I am doing it right when I brush his teeth every night.
When we got home I started digging through the house for stuff to sell at a garage sale that I am having with a friend at her house. I came across our wedding photos and Trevor was so intrigued...after about 10 minutes he said, "Well Mom...where am I in these pictures?" :)
When Daddy got home the boys went out back for some jumping and a squirt gun fight. He was jumping in a very strange manner and I asked him why. He said, "To jump higher, DUH mom!" Yep, that's my boy...
YAY!!! We finally got to go outside and play after so much rain.
Saturday evening at about 7:45 I decided it was time to get out of the house and go to the park since it is light out until 9. It was a good time to go, but it was still hot. We had a good time anyway.

Today we finally went to the pool...we have all been dying to get there. As you can see, Trevor and Steve were having a fun time.
